Ferry cruise Moreton Bay Marine Park. Spot dolphins, fish, a variety of sea birds, sometimes whales in season, Dugong and Turtles. Once arriving on North Stradbroke we travel by 4WD through the hills of this great sand island. This 15 min tour allows us to hear stories of the past. The islands traditional owners still have a strong presence on the island and a respect which is still shown in the involvement with island management.

Arrive in the forest for a short bush walk to Lake Bummiera (Brown Lake). Take time to swim, relax or snorkel. Return to the 4WD vehicle and on to Amity Point and Cylinder Beach, with views of Moreton Island National Park and Big Sand Hills (subject to tidal and beach conditions). The eastern side of the island, Main Beach is fringed by white sandy beaches and turquoise waters and the rocky outcrop to the north is a regular spot for sighting dolphins, turtles and manta rays. Travel by 4WD along this 35km of sand highway - a tidal wilderness escape. Take the Whale Walk at spectacular Gorge at Point Lookout with expert guide. In season spot Whale in one of Queensland's best land based sites. Between June and November, hundreds of humpback whales can also be seen here.
